MOTOR CARRIER NOTICE: TxMCCS, a modernized motor carrier credentialing system, will launch August 3. To facilitate this transition, services provided through MCCS and Truck Stop will not be available from 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 30 until the new system is initiated on Monday, August 3. The services impacted by this outage include: motor carrier credentialing, automated vehicle authorizations, credential lookups, and complaint submissions.
