MOTOR CARRIER NOTICE: TxMCCS, a modernized motor carrier credentialling system, will launch August 3. To facilitate this transition, services provided through MCCS and Truck Stop will not be available from 5pm on Thursday, July 30 until the new system is initiated on Monday, August 3. The services impacted by this outage include: motor carrier credentialing, automated vehicle authorizations, credential lookups, and complaint submissions.
